I always have liked http://www.splook.com/Software/Simple_Floating_Clock.html
since Apple took away the clock desklet in Leopard.

Geektool Windows

Right — because if there's one thing computers have been missing all these years, it's a digital clock in the corner of the screen.
*cough*
:-)

Geektool

In full-screen mode, you don't see the menu bar.

That's why it's full screen mode. /mac-app-that-opens-ptx-files.html. If you want to see the menu bar don't use full screen mode. ;)

Thanks for the posting and the tip, however I have some issues.
Is it Mountain Lion compatible?
According to Geektool3 User's Guide: 'An empty black translucid area will sit on the desktop, with the inspector palette ready for you to configure this geeklet.'
I cannot see Inspector palette.
Also as kirkmc pointed: 'In full-screen mode, you don't see the menu bar.' If that is related to my problem, how can I switch from full-screen mode to another screen mode?
And with kirkmc's downloded Geeklet how can I used it? Best photo booth app mac. Drag and drop doesn't work. I open it with right click and run it but nothing happens.
I appreciate your help.
